Beginning Sunday, June 7 @ 10:30AM

  • We will offer an in-person viewing of our online service in either the café or the sanctuary. Maximum of 50.
  • This will be offered each Sunday through at least June 21.
  • Reservations will be required. This is the only way we can be prepared and prevent someone from coming and not being allowed in. We intend to adhere to the maximum of 50 as prescribed for the yellow phase. Reservations can be made by emailing info@kingswayassembly.ca, by phone at 650-1934 or on our KWA Facebook page click contact us. Reservations will need to be done weekly. When you make a reservation be sure to indicate how many are coming. Reservations must be made by Saturday at 12noon. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your reservation.
  • We are encouraging in home watch parties as long as all government guidelines are followed. From the yellow phase guidelines: “Your two-household bubble can be extended to close friends and family. It is recommended that gatherings indoors be limited to 10 or fewer people. Continue to keep gatherings as small as possible, especially if you have a vulnerable person in your family or a child who attends daycare.”
  • Participant Limitation: Each service will be limited to a total of 50 participants. We will use the café unless the number necessitates the use of the sanctuary. We will insist on not exceeding the maximum of 50.
  • Masks: All who attend the service will be made to feel comfortable wearing a mask, if they choose to do so. According to the yellow phase guidelines, masks are not required unless social distancing is not possible. Please bring your own mask if you have one. Masks will be available at the church.
  • Seating: All seating will adhere to physical distancing guidelines. The seating plan will consist of a 6-foot aisle dividing each of the three sections. Rows will have a maximum of 4-5 seats. Families are asked to sit together. One family, couple or individual per row.
  • Children: We will not be able to provide children’s ministry in order to comply with the social distancing guidelines. Nursery services are not available. The mother’s room is available for use, one mother at a time.
  • Offering: We will no longer pass the plate for the offering. For the foreseeable future an offering box will be placed in an accessible location.
  • Sanitizing: We will sanitize bathrooms, door pulls, and high-touch surfaces before and after each gathering.
  • Gatherings will be touch-less: Please do not make physical contact with other attendees. Please adhere to the social distancing requirement of 2 meters.
  • Coffee and Beverages:  Coffee and beverages will not be served within the building. Feel free to bring these things from home for you and your family.
  • Seniors and Vulnerable Persons: If you are elderly, have pre-existing medical conditions, or are worried about virus spread in a gathered setting, please stay home and engage with our online experience. Do not join a live gathering if you feel uncomfortable or are at risk.
  • Restrooms: Limited to one person or parent with a child at a time.
  • Traffic Flow: Entrances and exits will be clearly marked. This will include entry doors as well as doors to the café and sanctuary. This is necessary to ensure social distancing. Online Services will continue to be available in their current format. Remember, the “church” is not closed because the church is not a building, it is the people. Our mission of “more and growing followers of Jesus”, remains our priority and our commitment. Continue to use this season and it’s unique opportunities to share the love of Jesus with others. One of the ways you can assist us is to like our Facebook page and share our Sunday online experience with your friends. We are excited to welcome you back while understanding that some of you will not be comfortable coming back at this point. We are available for and would welcome any questions.
